She was predeceased by: her husband Eddie Penley. She is survived by: her children, Janet Pryor (Todd), Ricky Roth (Shelia), Ryan Penley (Jenny), Rebekah Penley (Betsy), Caleb, Eliana, Asher, Rowan and Parker; and her siblings, Robert Roth (Debbie), William Roth (Pam), Charles Roth (Connie) and Eileen Clifton (Mike).
