It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dora Dee Hammock of Yorktown, Virginia, who passed away on January 8, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Bain and Ethel Denson Bain; her husband James L. Hammock, Sr.; and her daughter Michelle Deskins. She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Hammock, James L. Hammock, Jr. (Charlotte) and Tommy E. Hammock (Heather); and her grandchildren, Kaleigh, Connor, Kiefer, Nathan, Chris and Megan Rivera (Zackary).
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the Cole & Garrett Funeral Home & Cremation Services - Goodlettsville (127 N Main St, Goodlettsville, TN 37072). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the same location.
