He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Page and Barbara Page. He is survived by: his former wife Betty Spencer; his sons, Adam Winslow Page (Aalya) of Las Vegas, NV and Alan Spencer Page of Portsmouth, VA; his grandsons, Hunter Winslow Page, Parker James Page and Trevor Jaffri Page of Las Vegas, NV.; and his siblings, Joan, Beverly (Bob), Jane and Robert Page.
