He is survived by: his wife Deborah Wise; his children, Charles Wise Jr. (Savannah), David Martin, Mike Brown and Karen D'Auge; his grandchildren, Katie Davis (Justin), Brandon D'Auge, Amber Oney, Chase Martin, Dane Martin, Braylen Wise, Haven Wise and Harper Wise; his great grandchildren, Olivia, Layla and Evelyn Davis; and his brother Joe Wise (Susan).

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the W. J. Smith and Son Funeral Home (210 Harpersville Rd, Newport News, VA 23601). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Chuck's memory to Alzheimer's Association at https://act.alz.org.
