He is survived by: his wife Sandra Page Phaneuf; his children, Marnie Phaneuf (Dannell Litchfield) of Chesapeake and Charlton Phaneuf of Portsmouth; his stepchildren, Angela Molin (Michael) of Yorktown, Bradley Harris (Remlee Green) of Somerville, MA and Dale Harris (Kristin) of Seaford; his grandchildren, Ethan Molin, Makayla Molin, Dayton Harris and Aveline Harris; his siblings-in-law, Glenda Page Jantz (Larry) and Peter Cullipher; his pet Jack; and his caregivers, Debbie Richards and Mary Esteves.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Zion United Methodist Church (2109 Seaford Rd, Seaford, VA 23696).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Virginia German Shepherd Rescue, Post Office Box 733, Centreville, VA 20122-0733.
