He was predeceased by: his parent Frederick Wray Emerson, Sr.; and his brother Larry Oliver Emerson. He is survived by: his parent Anne Hudgins Emerson; his children, Mary Anne Emerson of Yorktown, Darlene Riffe of Grafton and Lisa Tingler of Roanoke; his siblings, Cheryl DeZego and Frederick Wray Emerson, Jr.; his wife Sandra Emerson of Seaford; and also Garry Tabb Emerson of Seaford. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
