She is survived by: her husband William G. Harkness II; her daughter Wendy Saunders; her siblings, Larry Tinker (Sheila), Glenda Staples, Yvonne Jack (Terry) and Cindy Joiner (Jimmy); her grandchildren, Elliott Hogge (Kelsey), Rachel Saunders, Carley Saunders and Macey Saunders; and her great grandchildren, Brayden Hogge, Aurora Hogge, Cael Hogge and Drake Koch.

Memorials may be made to Rotary Club of Warwick at City Center and Habitat for Humanity Peninsula and Greater Williamsburg.
