It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Lee Lockhart of Yorktown, Virginia, who passed away on May 3, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Lockhart and Flora Gaynell Lockhart; and his siblings, Lois Wingo, Doris Lockhart, Rodney Lockhart and Fred Lockhart.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia Lockhart; his children, Katrina Rochon (James), Kristy Lockhart and Kevin Lockhart (Heather); and his siblings, Wayne Lockhart (Jeanette), Margaret Lockhart and Betty Lockhart. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
