She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Wayne Harrell (Mike); her brother Edward Randolph Phelps (Randy); and her parents, Virginia Low Deal (Ginny) and James Edward Phelps (Jimmy). She is survived by: her stepmother Peggy Phelps; her children, Abbey Harrell Webb (Jared Webb) of Yale and Thomas Wayne (Tommy); her grandchildren, Rylee Caroline Webb, Reagan Elizabeth Webb, Brody Harrup Webb, Karsen Meade Harrell and Bryson Wayne Harrell; her stepgrandchildren, Blake Ashton Jamison, McKenzie Ann Lennick and Joshua Taylor Lennick; her son Joey Hartley (Mary Anna Hartley); and her granddaughter Julie May Hartley. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
