He was predeceased by: his parents, James Samuel Mann and Georgie Mabel Stanley Mann; and his wife Connie Stoots Mann. He is survived by: his daughters, Lois Frazier and Judy Church (Robert); his brother Kyle Mann (Shelia); his grandchildren, Rebecca Phillips, Brian Frazier, Robert Church II and Kayla Church; and his great grandchild Raelynn Church. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.
