She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman C. Stone and Elta F. Stone of Elk Creek, VA; and her husband Lowell Clay. She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Kincer (Gary White) of Wytheville, VA, Randy Kincer (Rikki Kane) of Ellicott City, MD and Jacki Kincer (Scott Stricklin) of New Market, MD; her grandchildren, Ethan Minsky, Noa Kincer and Liel Kincer; and her sister Norma Stone Kirk. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
