She was predeceased by: her parents, James Walter and Kathrine Shipwash Fisher; her husbands, Eldridge Harmon and Herbert Gallimore; her siblings, Joe Fisher, Jack Fisher, Winfred Fisher, Beatrice Porter, Florence Wright, Lucille Grubb, June Martin and Mona Jeanette Fisher; and her stepsister Ismay Ann Akers.
She is survived by: her brothers, Walter (Betty Fisher) of Wythe County and Reed Fisher of Wythe County; her niece Tammie Lewis; her daughters, Karen (Zendell Harmon) and Linda Jackson (Michael Jackson) of Wytheville; and her grandchildren, Duston, Laura Jackson, Stephen Jackson, Kayla and Levi Turpin. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Liberty Hill Pentecostal Holiness Church (111 Old School Rd, Wytheville, VA 24382). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery (110 Dungeon Spring Rd, Wytheville, VA 24382).
