It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katherine Jean Bloomfield of Wytheville, Virginia, who passed away on September 1, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Reginald Mays and Alice Mays. She is survived by: her husband Mark; her children, Jody (Sherrie), Kevin (Allison) and Kristin; her grandchildren, Trey (Sarah), Madison, Campbell, Grayson and Tyler; her brother Clyde Mays; and her nephew Keith.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to St. John's Episcopal Church, Wytheville.
