He was predeceased by: his parents, Phyllis Cox Burnette and Ralph Burnette; and his siblings, Patty Jones and Michael Burnette. He is survived by: his wife Karen Burnette; his children, Alicia Grant (Joe Whitaker), Joshua Burnette (Kate) and Bethany McAlhany (Wesley); and his brother Keith Burnette (Khristy). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Grubb Funeral Home (215 S 6th St, Wytheville, VA 24382). A celebration of life was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
