He was predeceased by: his parents, James Manley and Emma Cordelia Walters; and his brother Frank Walters. He is survived by: his wife Lou Walters; his children, Terry Allison (Paul), Tuffy Walters (Lawn), Mike Walters (Cyndi) and Dean Walters (Kathy); his grandchildren, Jeanetta Frye (Jeff), Leslie Colucci (Tom), Anna Minutella (Nick), Nikki Gardner (John), Michael Allison, Jessica Camden (Eric), Martha Sharitz (Jacob), Alan Walters (Kelly), Emily Walters and Andrew Walters; and his siblings, Geneva Wohlford and Charles "Tinker" Walters. He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
