She is survived by: her siblings, James Calvin Neece of Johnson City, TN and Madge Bailey of North Tazewell, VA; and her children, James William, Tracy Fox of Harvey, AK, Michael David (Donna Fox), Diana Lynn Fox (Joe Doss) and Brenda Kay (Jack Thompson). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
