He is survived by: his significant other Cliff Phillips; his children, Jordan West of Kingsport and Jada Baker of Kingsport; his grandchildren, Kennedy Baker and Izaak West; his siblings, Sherry Hicks of Kingsport, Margaret Ryans (Larry) of Kingsport, Billie Grindstaff of Murfreesboro, Cindy Crawford (Doug) of Kingsport, Jo West of Elizabethton, Bob Orfield (Vicki) of Georgia and Jamie West of Virginia; his mother-in-law Barbara Phillips of Rural Retreat; and his sister-in-law Melissa Phillips Burch (Pat) of North Carolina. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
