She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Leon and Sarah Elizabeth Fortier. She is survived by: her husband James; her children, Theresa Manley (Shawn) of Salem, VA, J. W. Stoots (Robyn) of Austinville, VA and Ronnie Stoots (Dreama) of Chester, VA; and her siblings, Barbara Gandee of Baltimore, MD, Beverly Karmasack (Louis) of Baltimore, MD and Jim (Dawn Zimmerman). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, ten great- grandchildren.
