It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vernon Ray Harris of Woolwine, Virginia, who passed away on August 22, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father James E. Harris; and his brother J. E. Harris. He is survived by: his wife Linda Belcher Harris; his daughters, Amanda Hughes (Tim) of Stuart and Julie Alley (Bobby) of Stuart; his grandsons, Nicholas Hughes of Stuart, Nathan Hughes of Stuart, Grayson Alley of Stuart and Eric Alley of Cincinnati, OH; and his siblings, Bonnie Dillon (Lonnie) of Woolwine, Wanda Gibson (Jeff) of Cary, NC and Jason Harris (Kim) of Stuart.
