He is survived by: his wife Susan Wade; his children, Terri Mathena (Jason) and William Wade (Elinor Ault); his grandchildren, Caleb Mathena and Sadie Mathena; his parents, Ray Wade Sr. and R. Ann Wade; his siblings, Shirley Worley (Donald), Brenda Johnson (Jim), Judy Cooper, Brian Wade and Rhonda Schenk (Joe); and his close friends, Roy and Nancy Harris.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Kermit Quesenberry Cemetery.
