She was predeceased by: her husband William "Sam" Midkiff; her parents, Ralph West and Malinda West; and her brother Eugene West. She is survived by: her brother Roderick West (Faye); her brothers-in-law, J. A. Midkiff (Linda) and Conrad Midkiff; and her nieces and nephews, Gina Straub (Stu), Jason West (Angie) and Lisa Baker.
