He is survived by: his children, Mary Grace Underwood (Doyle) of Woolwine, VA and Leon Belcher (Rita) of Critz, VA; his siblings, Bertha Conner of Woolwine, VA, Clifford "Tip" Belcher (Helen), Harless Belcher (Jackie) and Edgar "Ed" Belcher (Carolyn); and his grandchildren, Misty Belcher (Jeff), Joey Belcher (Amanda) and Zach Belcher (Melissa).
