He was predeceased by: his siblings, Clay Belcher, Calvin Belcher, Robert Belcher, Zella Conner and Sylvia Helms; and his brothers-in-law, Allen Adams and Lois Conner.
He is survived by: his wife Shelby Jane Beasley Belcher; his daughter Carol Jane of Stuart; his son-in-law Jimmy Hall of Stuart; his son Coy Edward of Woolwine; his daughter-in-law Sandra Belcher of Woolwine; his grandchildren, Eric Belcher, Cameron Belcher, Rhena Hicks, Chris Harris and LeeAnn Harris; his great grandchildren, Sierra Belcher, Coy Aiden Belcher, Camden Belcher and Janiyah Belcher; his brother Bernice Belcher of Woolwine; his sister-in-law Brenda Belcher of Woolwine; his sister Erma Adams of Martinsville; and his sisters-in-law, Frances Belcher and Dorothy Belcher. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
