She was predeceased by: her father Richard Painter; her husband Robert W. Middleton; and her sisters, Elaine Gochenour and Mildred A. Painter. She is survived by: her children, Robert W. Middleton Jr. (Lisa) and Mileah M. Hudgins (Rob) of Bradenton, FL; her stepdaughter Barbara Weaver (David) of Harrisonburg, VA; and her grandson Joshua R. Middleton.
