He was predeceased by: his wives, Ethel Louise Gartner and Patsy Gartner; and his granddaughter Rhavonda. He is survived by: his sons, Wayne Bradford Gartner (Olivia) of Morrisville, VT and William Wallace Gartner (Becky) of Woodstock, VA; and his grandchildren, Elzbeth Townsend (Nate), Aaron Gartner (Amanda), Lyndsey Cooper and Bradford S. Gartner (Melaney). He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
