She is survived by: her sister Ellin Shields (Robert) of Dagsboro, DE.; her nieces and nephews, Barbara Jay (Daniel), Katherine Callahan (William), Patricia Millar (Bruce) and Thomas Leon (Calla); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Mary Elizabeth Hoffmann (Collin), Brendan Jay, Emma Millar, Graham Millar, Patrick Leon, Michael Leon, William Leon and Carolyn Leon; and her stepdaughter Vicki Whitted of Newport News.
