He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Stultz and Emma Boyer Stultz; and his aunt Elsie Mogle. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Bowman Stultz; his daughters, Amy Foltz (Rodney) and Jennifer Stultz (Dustin Smith); his sister Carolyn Derflinger (Frankie); and his grandchildren, Katelyn, Anthony Lusby and Dale Foltz. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, sisters and brothers in-law, and cousins.
