He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Titus and Frances Elizabeth Carter Savage. He is survived by: his close friend Donna Buchanan; his son Chris Mooney; and his siblings, Gail Frazier of Edinburg, Carol Powers (Roger) of Covington, GA and Michael Savage (Rhonda). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
