He is survived by: his wife Deborah L. Bolland; his son Kurt Bolland; his daughter-in-law Chandra; his son John Bolland; his daughter-in-law Christina; his grandchildren, Devin Bolland, Paige Bolland and Nadia Binford; his sisters-in-law, Laura Francis (Steve) and Linda Godfrey (Mack); his nieces and nephews, Jeff Bolland (Lisa), Cathie Bolland (Scott Shearer), Rob Francis (Alexandra), Ron Watkins (Kerri), Mike Watkins (Courtney) and Kate Austin (Scott); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ryan Bolland (Cassie), Haley Bolland (Sam Beckey), Kyle Bolland, Jack Watkins, Elsa Watkins, Andy Watkins, Grayson Watkins, Alex Watkins and Abby Scott; and also Carson Bolland.
