She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard George and Gertrude Hollar George; her husband Howard Franklin McClanahan; her daughter Nancy McClanahan; her grandson Joshua McClanahan; and her siblings, Betty Coffman and L. Alvin George.
She is survived by: her children, Andy Barrick (Belinda) of Edinburg, Susan Alexander (Keith) of Edinburg, Ann McClanahan of Woodstock, Janis Spiliadis (Stavros) of Naples, FL and Catherine Hartsell (Larry) of Woodstock. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
