He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Wilson Cline and Lillian Lee Cave Cline; and his siblings, Marcellis "Jim" Cline and Kay Hussein. He is survived by: his wife Martha Copp Cline; his children, Ellen Bowers (Jerry) of Maurertown and Neil Riffee (Dawn) of Maurertown; his sister Wanda Cook (Cecil) of Strasburg; his sister-in-law Cheryl Cline of Woodstock; his grandchildren, Jason Bowers (Lindsey), Connie "Sis" Morris (Matt), Ethan Riffee and Chris Chase (Rosie); and his great grandchildren, Trevor Morris, Dakota Morris, Gavin Cook, Remington Bowers, Addalyn Chase, Delaney Chase and Easton Chase.
