He was predeceased by: his parents, Celestino M. Vega and Mercedes S. Vega; and his son Ramon Roderick Vega (Gracelynn) of Sydney. He is survived by: his wife Lucita Vega; his daughter Lucy Abigail Sasscer (Lawrence) of Fort Valley, VA.; his siblings, Lutgarda Loper, Isabelita Filamor, Eduardo Vega and Maloy Shrout; and his grandchildren, Reiman, Graciella, Marissa, Julia of Ian, RJ, Elisa and Rebecca. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, grand-nephews and grand-nieces.
