He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Franklin Mumaw and Mary Beeler Mumaw; and his brother Earl. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Cave Mumaw; his son Michael Mumaw (Sheila) of Edinburg; his grandson Davis Weddle of Edinburg; his sisters, Louise Kibler (James) of Toms Brook and Jean Conner (Carl) of Toms Brook; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Cave and Shirley (Norman Kerber).
