He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Clifford and Thelma George Cook; and his brother Alvin Cook. He is survived by: his wife Karen Heishman Cook; his daughters, Becky Waybright (James) of Woodstock, Kathy Bushong (Aaron) of Woodstock and Carey Cook (Tony) of Mt. Jackson; his brothers, Larry Cook (Judy) of Woodstock and Dwight Cook (Karen) of Delaware; and his grandchildren, Luke and Grace Bushong.
The funeral service will be held Saturday, January 30, at 11:00 a. m. (following COVID guidelines) at St. Luke Brethren Church.
