With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Luther Norris (Woodstock, Virginia), born in Quantico, Virginia, who passed away on September 6, 2021 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther G. Norris and Ruth Salisbury Norris; his siblings, Ann Gurney and Don Norris; his son Luther G. Norris, III; his daughter-in-law Mary Ann of Katy; and his daughter Tamera Ellen McCurry.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Jo Norris of Maurertown; his daughter Cynthia Ann Phillips (Billy) of Mt. Pleasant; and his grandchildren, Joshua, Wesley Phillips, Rhiannon Bernardin and Christopher Warren. He is also survived by four great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
