She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Franklin Shrum and Anna Armetta Funkhouser Shrum; her siblings, Eddie Shrum and Joan Shrum Robinson; and her daughter Carolyn Guinn.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Guinn Reynolds (Allen) of McGaheysville, VA and Tom David Guinn, Jr. (Kim) of Woodstock, VA; her grandsons, Parker Reynolds (Savannah) of Lexington, KY and Clay Guinn (Cassidy) of Edinburg, VA; her great grandchild Gemma Roslyn Reynolds; her siblings, Debbie Shrum, Stevie Shrum and David Shrum (Brenda); and the father of her children Thomas D. Guinn, Sr..
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dellinger Funeral Homes (159 N Main St, Woodstock, VA 22664). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Alzheimer's Association.
