She was predeceased by: her spouse Carroll Racey. She is survived by: her children, Melvina Flaherty (Lou), Michael Racey (Patricia) and David Racey (Mitsuko); and her grandchildren, Kayla, Steven, Sarah and Ben.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation in Judy's memory.
