She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Lorenzo Spiggle and Fleta Mae Bowers Spiggle; and her siblings, Shirley Polk, Annabelle Stephens, Bob Spiggle, Claude Spiggle and Samuel "Bud" Spiggle.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Cook Sr.; and her grandchildren, Heather Cook, Dena Cook, Jed Cook, Jera Cook, Mirah Fields, Megan Morris, Tamyra Hullihen, Yvonne Racey, Rusty Racey, Karina Racey, Calyn Terill, Morgan Lamphere, Cody Brill, Dillon Brill, Landon Shaw, Alexis Shaw, Garrett Cook and Braden Cook. She is also survived by 32 great grandchildren.
