It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jewel Elaine Tolley in Woodstock, Virginia, who passed away on October 15, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hopson and Hassie Hopson; her husband Jerry Mack Tolley; and her brothers, Charles, Truman and Milburn Hopson.
She is survived by: her children, Billy Tolley (Marlene) of Jonesborough, Lori Stout (Jack) of Johnson City and Jerry Tolley (JoAnn) of Woodstock, VA; her brother Harry Hopson (Theresa) of Roan Mountain; her grandchildren, Jacob Tolley (Jessie Latta), Logan Stefkovic (Cody), Madison Bridwell (Logan) and Jarrett Tolley; and her great grandchildren, Zamari Bridwell, Elijah Bridwell, Breylon Tolley and Lleyton Stefkovic. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
