She was predeceased by: her parents, Enos Nadler and Irma Nadler (Irma Wissmann); her husband Elroy Walter Sommerfeldt; and her siblings, Phyllis Edwards, Carl Nadler, Donald Nadler and Ervin Nadler.
She is survived by: her stepson Neil Sommerfeldt (Kate); and her stepgranddaughters, Susan Keeler (Andy), Emily Heatwole (Jake) and Anna Sommerfeldt. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and loving friends.
