He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Stultz and Mary Stultz; his wife Patsy Copp Stultz; and his brother Robert "Bobby" Stultz. He is survived by: his children, Richard Stultz of Strasburg, Charlie Stultz of Maurertown and Cindy; his son-in-law Steve Copp of Woodstock; and his siblings, Janet Larkin, Betty Orndorff and Joe Stultz. He is also survived by six granddaughters and ten great-grandchildren, as well as nieces and nephews.
