He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Donna Jean (Ed Finck) of Woodbridge, Virginia and James J Donlin V; his wife Pam Cosner of Mechanicsville; and his grandchildren, James J Donlin VI, Rachel Erin and Parker David. He was also cherished by four sisters and a brother.
