James Foltz Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Foltz (Woodstock, Virginia), who passed away on March 26, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul D. Foltz, Sr. and Ida Bowers Foltz; his wife Faye Richard Foltz; his close friend Phyllis Heishman; his brother Paul D. Foltz, Jr.; and his children, Gail Lynn White, Cray "Crack" Foltz and Billy Joe Foltz.
He is survived by: his sister Frances Ann Foltz; his grandchildren, James White (Mindy White) and Tracy White (Antonio Smaw); and his great grandchildren, Layla Shutrump, Brianna Dail, Adam Dail, Isaiah Smaw and Cameron Smaw. He is also survived by extended family and many lifelong friends.
