He was predeceased by: his parent Roy Lutz. He is survived by: his parent Reba McWilliams Lutz; his wife Gerlene Helsley Lutz; his children, Tim Lutz (Donna) of Toms Brook, Harvey Lutz of Gerradstown, WV, Teresa Richard (Johnny) of Woodstock, Lisa Bowers (Dale) of Woodstock and Herbie Lutz of Mathias, WV; and his siblings, Betty Offman of Woodstock, Harold Lutz (Roxie) of Woodstock and Mary Cramer (Keith) of Mt. Crawford. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
