Herbert W. Harlow Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herbert W. Harlow of Woodstock, Virginia, who passed away on December 21, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Harlow and Mildred Harlow; and his sister Shirley. He is survived by: his spouse Emeline Marlowe; his sister Connie Kumer (Rick) of Virginia Beach; his daughters, Laura Harlow of Stephens City, Caroline Harlow of Front Royal and Joanne Cacho of Woodstock; his grandchildren, Christopher Cacho (Andrea), Melissa Poe (Lloyd), Ian Anderson, Robert Anderson and William Anderson; and his great grandchildren, Lea and Edith Cacho. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and cherished friends.
