He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hepner and Grace Kiger Hepner. He is survived by: his wife Connie; and his children, Bonnie Ann Hepner Keith (Tommy) of Woodstock and Frederick R. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 5 great, great grandchildren.
