She was predeceased by: her parents, James David Peer and Grace Hisey Peer; her stepmother Maude Kibler Peer; her brother Allen Hollis Peer Sr.; and her aunt Marguerite Hisey Marshall.
She is survived by: her nieces, Beverly Peer of Virginia and Elizabeth Peer Fraim of Norfolk, VA.; her nephew Allen Hollis Peer Jr. of Woodstock, VA; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Meghann Eastham, Annie Bosse, Catherine Kelley, Katie Cline, Sarah Peer, Allen Hollis Peer III, David Fraim and Richard Fraim; and also, David Kelley and Evelyn.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Woodstock, VA in honor of Evelyn and her love for Jesus.
