Dorothy Catherine Kibler Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Catherine Kibler of Woodstock, Virginia, born in Monessen, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 27, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Rutz and Sadie Keller Rutz; and her husband Melvin Kibler. She is survived by: her children, Kathy K. Williams (Charles) of Strasburg, Melvin Kibler Jr. (Sharon) of Edinburg and Ernest Lee Kibler of Front Royal; and her grandchildren, Chad Kibler, Jamie Kibler, Donna Babcock, Darlene Ryman and Chuck Williams IV. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren and one great great grandson.
