He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Polhemus and Pluma Johnson Polhemus. He is survived by: his daughter Mollie Rose Polhemus of Woodstock; and his siblings, Bonnie Earley (Jim) of Waynesboro and Herbie Polhemus (Kelly Good Singleton) of Woodstock.
