It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Irene (Cindy) Burner of Woodstock, Virginia, who passed away on January 18, 2021, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brother Dale L. Racey. She is survived by: her fathers, Benjamin Crisman of Edinburg and Paul Racey of Edinburg; her husband Phillip G. Burner; her son Isaac T. Burner of Woodstock; and her siblings, B. J. Crisman (Jenny) of Edinburg, Pat Racey (Chris) of Luray and Jackie Crisman of Edinburg.
